Karl Rove to Resign

Karl Rove, President Bush’s longtime political adviser, is resigning as White House deputy chief of staff effective Aug. 31, and returning to Texas, he said in an interview…[WSJ]
The man behind both Bush presidential election ‘victories’, one of the men behind the Plame affair, the White House attorney firings scandal, the warrentless wiretapping, and the War in Iraq. The same man behind many of our ongoing national nightmares, will now get away free.
Rove probably had last all hope within the Bush administration. As one of the main components of it, he helped to create one of the most, if not the most corrupt presidencies in American history. I doubt this will end Rove’s future in politics and stolen elections, but he did leave on a false spark of hope, saying that Republicans have “a very good chance” of winning the 2008 elections, president Bush’s approval ratings will rise, and that the War in Iraq will be successful. Get out before you get caught, is I’m sure the philosophy he is relying on.
